Qualifying orders, which sync to the app or are created manually on ShineOn have the option to be upgraded to priority shipping!

- Rubber Backed Mats
- Towels
- Kitchenware
- Giant Holiday Stocking
- Office & Craft products
- Clocks
- Wall Tapestries
- Metal Prints
- Posters
- Gallery Wrapped Canvas's
- Apparel
- Ornaments
- Your account must support priority shipping method (Side-Hustle & up)
- Priority shipping must be setup beforehand. See our guide on Setting Up Priority Shipping (Shopify & API) to enable.
How to use
On the ShineOn app, go to Orders and select the correct SHINE-ID. If the order currently has standard shipping, you should see an option to expedite it.
Once selected, you will see a confirmation page with the price difference. Select Confirm Upgrade to continue.
Once confirmed, you should see a success notification on the top right, and the Expedite Order option should be unavailable (because it's already enabled)
Tips
- ShineCash can be used to pay the Additional Charge.
- As long as the order has not left production, you should be able to expedite it.
