This guide aims to build comfort and familiarity between new users and our app. Let's jump into the basics!

Manage Stores
Each account has the option to add multiple stores; each store here can be referred to as a, "sales channel".
On the top left under, "Manage", you'll see each connected store, along with your Special Orders sales channel.
If no stores are connected, you may have a store which says, "BringTheLove". This is simply a default placeholder until a real store is added.
Selecting to + Add your store, will bring you to this page:
Here, you can:
- Choose to add a pre-existing Shopify store
or - Generate a Partner store / Special orders sales channel
For pre-existing stores unrelated to Shopify, 3rd Party integrations and setup guides for them, will show on the bottom:
Dashboard
Welcome to your Dashboard! This is the living room of the ShineOn app, and is the first page you'll see when logging in.
Here, you can see your account progress and other statistics and info:
Catalog
The Catalog hosts a list of products available to be sold by you and fulfilled by us. Be sure to check the catalog when ever you switch sales channels; as the products which show may differ.
We even have a section dedicated to TikTok Compliant Products
Products
Here is where you'll see a list of each product you create on the app. With Direct Integration, any change to a product made here will reflect in your storefront.
From your Special Orders sales channel, you can use a made product for Manual Ordering
- Select a product to view its details
Here, you can add or remove variants, edit description, turn on Artwork Swapper, change Product Page, etc. Products should only be edited in the app
Orders
Anytime an order is made (with direct integration) that order will show in the app under Orders.
On the top, shows 3 different sections for order status. This helps to quickly categorize your orders, without the need to click into each one individually.
You can select an order to view its details. When an order syncs to the app, it's given a SHINE-ID, which is the order ID.
- Each order shows a timeline of events
- With an option to resolve a problem
Finances > Invoices
Anytime an order is paid, that transaction creates an invoice, which can be viewed in Finances > Invoices
This is helpful for keeping records or when filing taxes.
Settings
With any service, it's always good to look through your available settings. There are four different options:

Account Settings
- Here you have General Information, Password & Security, Address Information, Payment (method) and Special Documents (for Stripe)

Taxes (only visible after filling out account settings)
- These settings host your Business Location and Resale Certificates.

Store Settings
- Store settings let you customize your Preferred Currency (In app only - USD, EUR, GBP, etc.), In-Box Custom Offers (optional label included with your products), Tag Synchronization, Shipping Configuration (set up standard & priority shipping), Transfer Store (transfer your store to another ShineOn account) & Legacy Support

Page Settings
- It would be good to make sure your product page is up-to-date. Checking your page settings is a great way to do this; if you see, "You are up-to-date" you're good to go.

Designs and Creatives
Need seller assets or product resources?
Designs and Creatives take you to Canto; here you can find Pre-Made Designs (free artwork for your products - inspiration), Product Photos (these are great for UGC), Product Videos & Template Files (required for creating designs)
