When submitting a ticket, screenshots and videos of any problems you are experiencing will vastly speed up your resolution. We highly recommend trying Loom for screen recordings, otherwise just make sure your video is clear and demonstrates your issue.
We're unable to access your Etsy or Shopify stores to retrieve information. If you're having an issue which involves your Etsy/Shopify account, we may ask you to retrieve information or screenshots/video from these to help us diagnose a problem. We will never ask for your password or log onto your account on your behalf, and we only use your personal information to aid you to a resolution.
