General Product Safety Regulation Update

As of Dec 13th, 2024, the European Commission has made changes to their General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR). 



There is a requirement to appoint an Authorized Representative who will serve as a liaison with market surveillance authorities in the event of any product issues.
