If you have an order that you would like to switch to Priority Shipping, follow the steps below (Unpaid Orders Only):
- Go to the ShineOn App > Orders > Actions > Hold Order
- Take note of the SHINE-ID for the order

Contact Us via our Live Chat bot and ask to speak to an agent. Give them your SHINE-ID, and they will help you cancel and remake the order with the correct shipping.
Priority for API Store/Non-Shopify
Priority Shipping requires a ShineOn Subscription of Side-hustle and up for Shopify sales channel or a Partner/API sales channel. With the ability to expedite orders through API and .CSV, you can do so with any tier!
Simply add the following to your .CSV file, or contact your third party partner to make sure this code is in the API payload:

Priority ships via FedEx (you can find out more about that here) who do not deliver to PO boxes. Therefore, Priority shipping will not work for deliveries to PO boxes.

Creating your shipping profile just became a lot easier!
Standard shipping and Priority shipping are now automatically created for all your ShineOn products (SPP products do not currently support priority shipping).

How To Enable Priority Shipping for Shopify Manual Orders
When placing a Manual Order on Shopify, in order for it to sync to ShineOn with priority, you must select the correct rate before saving the order. To enable Priority Shipping for an API/Non-Shopify order, please click here
Now, you can Mark Order As Paid, and it will sync to ShineOn with priority selected.
