Shipping times and details can be different depending on if the product is a ShineOn product or a ShineOn Partner product. This information is listed in the product catalog.
We ship most products within 1-4 business days. After that, items typically arrive to customers within:
- USA: 2-5 days (Excluding Sundays)
- USA Priority: 1-2 days (Excluding Sundays) (Shopify Only)
- Canada: 5-10 business days
UK, most of EU (Shipped from Amsterdam): 3-7 business days
- During busy periods some EU orders can take up to 30 days to be updated by the local carrier.
- Australia, New Zealand: 8-20 business days
- Rest of the World: 5-20 business days
Priority shipping ships via FedEx who do not deliver to PO boxes. Therefore Priority shipping will not work for deliveries to PO boxes. Priority shipping is only available via Shopify.
Some products only ship from our USA factory, and can take up to 5-20 days when shipping to the EU/UK.

ShineOn partner products include:

These products ship to the USA only.
Production for these products can take up to 5 business days, once shipped they typically arrive to customers within 2-5 days (Excluding Sundays)
General Shipping Information
All times above can fluctuate occasionally for various reasons, including larger volumes of packages processed than normal, or delays to customs processing.
Once an item leaves our warehouse and is handed to the carrier, the shipping process is the responsibility of the carrier.
While we do have access to tracking systems which can provide information, once a package is in the carrier network, we are unable to fulfill requests such as redirecting packages, recalling packages, or expediting shipping, and we will look to resolve shipping issues in other ways. If you have any issues with shipping, you should contact the carrier directly, as we are unable to contact them on your behalf. (you can find contact information below).
If an order has been shipped and the tracking has not been updated 30 days from the date shipped, you may contact Support for further investigation.
Shipping Rates and costs
We charge a base rate for the first item on an order, plus a per item fee for additional items on the same order. Upsell items are exempt from additional shipping charges.
- USA: $5.72 +$3.95/item
- USA Priority: $10.95 + $3.95/item
- Canada: $7.95 +$3.95/item
- Europe & UK: $6.95 +$3.95/item
- International: $8.47 +$3.95/item
If 3 or more items are shipped in the same package, it may incur a heavy shipping charge:
- Heavy shipping: $9.95 +3.95/item
If an order has a quantity of 20 or more, it is considered a bulk order, and will receive a manual shipping quote delivered by email. This quote will need to be approved before shipping will proceed.

ShineOn Partner Products
ShineOn Partner Products charge different shipping amounts depending on the item:
- High Gloss Metal Art Print: $10.99 - $15.49 (size dependent)
- Giant Holiday Stocking: $5.99
- Heirloom Woven Blanket: $11.99 - $13.49 (size dependent)
- Wood Framed Wall Tapestry: $10.99 - $11.99 (size dependent)

If you're selling via Shopify, and would like to charge customers exact shipping costs, you can set up a shipping profile.
For USA Domestic orders, we use UPS to the local depot, with USPS as the last-mile partner.
For USA Priority orders, we use FedEx to the local depot, with USPS as the last-mile partner.
For Canada orders, we use UPS, running on an equivalent to First Class International service.
For Europe, UK, and International, we use Landmark Global, running on an equivalent to First Class International service. Once the package has landed in the destination country, it is delivered by the domestic mail carrier in that country.
All International domestic mail carriers operate a little differently. Please be aware that some may have reduced tracking facilities.

Additional Important Info
- Tracking is available for all USA orders via UPS/Fedex>USPS.
- Tracking is available to around 36 international countries.
- The tracking will be uploaded to the Shopify or Etsy order automatically by the end of the day we ship it.
- All international mail items will show no tracking updates once they have left the USA, until they have cleared customs in the destination country.
- USA orders via USPS last-mile includes Saturday delivery.
- While we make every effort to label our shipments to assist customers with the fastest delivery, if customs charges are applied on a shipment, this is payable by the customer.
- ShineOn does not cover items that are lost or stolen in transit if the package is marked as Delivered by the carrier, unless the order was purchased with ShineOn Package Protection.
- If you have issues with delivery, it's possible to file a claim with the carrier.
- What does "USPS as the last-mile partner" mean? FedEx/UPS will transport the package to the FedEx/UPS depot closest to the customer, from there USPS will come and collect the package and deliver it to the customers door. This service is very quick, and very flexible, as it allows FedEx/UPS to leverage their best-in-class freight network, and USPS' local delivery services such as Saturday delivery. Put simply, you get the best of both!
- Is it possible to combine shipping charge when multiple items/orders are going to the same destination? To make sure we fulfill orders as quickly as possible, Some items can take longer to make than others, so we typically ship items in individual packages as soon as the items are produced. (see our production timescales)
