Tiers explained

Let's take a quick look into what each tier provides so you know which one will be perfect for your business.

Free Tier

Our lowest tier subscription is totally free. We don't charge you to have the app installed and start selling, and simply charge you for the base cost of products. You can get started selling ShineOn products with no additional cost involved, and start earning profit right away. 

With entry level features, the free tier is perfect for sellers that want to sell a low volume of items.

 

Starter

Our starter tier unlocks features for sellers who want more:

• A $1 discount on the base cost of products helps you scale your profits higher.
• Early access to fresh and upcoming products - stay ahead of the curve.
• Our built-in Product Personalizer enables your customers to add their special touch to your products without additional 3rd party apps. 
• Product page upsells and post-purchase upsells let you offer more value and grow your average order value, pushing your profits higher.
• Sell your products on Amazon and join the Amazon Prime program with access to Amazon FBA
• Access to our Bulk Product Creator, allowing you to create up to 25 products. 

The starter tier is where your business can really start to grow and is perfect for sellers that want to start earning serious profit.

 

Side-Hustle

The Side hustle tier unlocks all features from the Starter tier plus:

• A $2 discount on the base cost of products.
• Get your products to customers faster by offering Priority Shipping.
• Get your support tickets answered faster with Priority Support.

The Side-Hustle tier is for sellers who want to pull in even more customers with top-tier service.

 

Empire Builder

Reserved for the cream-of-the-crop, the highest tier subscription includes everything from the previous two tiers, as well as:

• An exclusive collection of products available only to those on the highest tier.
• $4 discount on the base cost of products, sending your profits into the stratosphere!
• A Merchant Success Agent, or "MSA", is assigned to Merchants who have sold over 500 units. Your personal ShineOn connection! Available to help you with anything you need, including personalized Marketing tips, direct Support, and Growth reports.
• A free sample kit worth $39!

The Empire Builder tier is for sellers that want to be a cut above the rest and dominate their market.

Purchasing a subscription tier.

There is only one way to purchase a ShineOn Subscription. You must have a Shopify Store connected to the ShineOn App

Downgrading

We hate to see you go! If there is anything we can do on our end to change your experience or help, please reach out via Live Chat or email at [e-mail] for assistance. 

Canceling at the end of your subscription cycle is highly recommended, as Shopify will still expect payment if you downgrade mid-cycle. Should you receive further charge attempts from Shopify after downgrading, please reach out to Shopify and ask them to get with us at [e-mail], to let us know if a credit needs to be added to your account by us for the bills to stop. This process can take from 28 to 48 hours, depending on how fast Shopify gets back to us, which is why it's recommended to downgrade at the end of your cycle.
