There are many reasons someone may want to reset their password. Whether it's for convenience, security or another; as the title suggests, this guide aims to show how you can reset your password.
Requirements
In order to reset your password, you will need your old or current password, access to your current account and a new password with the following factors:
- Must be at least 6 characters
- Must contain at least one capital letter
- Must contain at least one number
Click here if you do not have your current password
Reset your password
From within the app, navigate to Settings > Account settings > Password & Security
- Enter your old password where it says, "Old Password" in the left column, and your soon-to-be new password in the right column
- Once you've entered everything correctly, you'll see the Save button show. Select it to save your new password
Don't Remember Your Password?
In case you're unable to log back into your account:
- Select, "Forgot your password?"
- Enter your email and select, "Send Reset Link"
Once your Reset Link has been sent, you'll find a message sent to your email, from us. On selecting this message, you'll see a button with the option to reset your password.
- This button will take you to a page where you can reset your password
Your email will autofill here. For Password, enter your new password whilst following the requirements mentioned earlier. Enter the same password again to Confirm it, then select Reset Password
