The quickest way to get out your orders.
When a customer places an order on your store, it gets sent to your ShineOn account pending payment of the base costs.
If you want to speed up fulfillment of your orders, so your customers receive them faster, then you can enable automatic payments.
Make sure you have payment details set up and enable the feature.
Before paying for anything, payment details must be set up and correct. Even if you have set up your payment details already, it might be worth double-checking they are still valid:
- Payment info can be found under your account settings by clicking the cog at the top and clicking Account Settings.
- Scroll down the page of the Account Settings tab to locate them, and click Add Card if you need to.
- Next, you can simply enable the toggle for automatic processing. Automatic payment processing runs once every 12 hours. Once in the morning and once in the evening (EST). At these times, all orders awaiting payment will be processed.
Risk Settings
In addition, you can configure your Risk settings (applies to Shopify only).
When an order is placed on Shopify, Shopify will complete a risk assessment of the order to establish if it is potentially fraudulent. If the order is deemed as risky, it'll be given a risk level on Shopify depending on how likely it is to be a fraudulent order. By default, automatic processing is configured to only process low-risk orders, and we recommended leaving it at this setting. However, this can be overridden here, if you choose.
If an order is deemed as risky, it will be placed on hold, and will have to be manually approved before it is paid and sent to production.
