To sign up for EverBee, first go to everbee.io and select, Sign Up for Free
Next, enter the name, email & password you would like to use, and select, Create account
On the next page, select Store

Next, there should be 3 options:
- Create with WI
- Import from Etsy
- Migrate from Wix
Select the first option, Create with AI, then, Get Started Now
On the next page, you'll be asked how you would like your store themed. This is optional, as you can either type a custom prompt, or select a general theme below like "Jewelry" or "Clothing". AI will then begin creating your store with your selected theme.
After a theme has been generated, you'll be presented with an example page. Here, you'll have the option to:
- Edit your theme prompts
- Or simply continue by clicking Next
After clicking Next, you'll have the option to change the color scheme, font and border style of your store.
Once you're happy with these settings, select Next. You can change them later on after this step, if you wish.
Before you're redirected to your EverBee dashboard, you'll be presented with 3 subscription tiers. Once you've chosen a tier, you'll be able to access the EverBee dashboard.
Afterward, you should have access to your dashboard.

To install/integrate EverBee with ShineOn, on the left side panel of your dashboard, go to Apps

This will redirect you to the ShineOn login page.
Logging in will take you back to the App Market section in EverBee, only now the ShineOn app will say, Open. Select Open to continue with the installation
Next, you'll be asked to approve the EverBee / ShineOn integration. Select Approve on the bottom right
Once approved, you'll be redirected back to ShineOn, where you can see your EverBee store connected at the top left under Manage
Your EverBee & ShineOn should now be connected.
Creating Products
To create products for your EverBee store through ShineOn, first, begin creating the product through ShineOn like you normally would, by selecting the Catalog or the + Add Product button, which takes you to the catalog.
Currently, only non-personalized products are available with this integration, though this will change in the future. From the catalog, select the product you would like to create.
Once you're satisfied with your product, select Publish
Once your product is created, it will automatically show within EverBee.
Shipping
To access your EverBee shipping settings, first go to Settings
You should see General, Domain, Payments and tax, Shipping & Advanced. Select Shipping
Here you can change your Shipping Method Name, Shipping Type (offers free shipping or a flat rate), an optional Shipping Fee (if you choose a Flat Rate for shipping type) and an Estimated Delivery Time.
These settings are up to your preference; Under Shipping Type, you can choose between Free shipping, or a Flat Rate.
If you choose to have a Flat Fee, simply enter your rate under Shipping Fee
When you're done, select the Save button on the bottom right to save your settings.
Taxes
To access your Tax settings in EverBee, go to Settings > Payments and tax > Connect
This option enables you to connect a Stripe account, which in turn enables your tax settings. Setting up your taxes in EverBee will keep ShineOn from charging sales tax for orders.
Manual Orders
To create a manual order in EverBee, first select the drop-down menu for Orders and Customers, then select Orders & shipping
Next, on the top right of this page, select Create Order + to begin creating your manual order.
On the next page, you'll need to fill out the order information. Select the search bar at the top to bring down a drop menu, then add the ordered product, then click Add.
Once the product is added, we'll need to select an Order Status. On the right side, find the Order Status drop-down menu and select Placed
Now we need to add the customer's information to the order. On the bottom right, select the bar labeled Search or Create customer; This will show another drop-down menu, where we can create our customer.
Doing this takes you to a page, where you can fill out your customer's information. Once everything is filled out, select Create Customer at the top right.
Once your customer is created, you can return to order and add them by name.
Once everything looks correct in the order, select the Create Order button at the top right.
Orders made on EverBee will automatically sync to ShineOn.
Store Editor
To edit the look of your store, select the Designer tab on the left, then in the drop-down menu select Builder.
This should load you into the Builder page, seen below:
The top center of the Builder has a drop-down menu for various pages of your store:

Select a page to begin editing
On the left are specific sections of your selected page. Hover your cursor or select a pate of your page to see which section it belongs to.
Among Content, Style & Advanced, there are plenty of settings to customize and personalize your store to your liking. To easily find these settings on other pages in the builder, look for the Sections icon > Choose a page > select a setting
Next, well cover how to choose a theme color for your store; Any page will work, and the colors chosen on one page will change for every page. Locate and select the Cog Wheel icon on the left side, under the Sections Icon.
These three settings allow you to change your Color, Fonts & how the corners for your store borders look (Corner Radius)
To see how your edits look on mobile, switch between the desktop icon and mobile icon on the top right.
On the top right, next to the desktop/mobile toggle, are two more buttons:
- Preview - Redirects you to a customer POV of your store, to see your changes in effect.
- Publish - Saves the changes you've made, live, to your store.
