It's possible to sell ShineOn products on TikTok. However, ShineOn does not currently support direct integration with the TikTok storefront system.
Instead, you can sell on TikTok through the use of Shopify.
You will first need to set up ShineOn + Shopify integration. Once completed and your Shopify store is ready to go, you can follow Shopify's guide. When you're all set up, you can start creating ad campaigns using your product photos and videos.
Note that this information is given as a starting reference only, and ShineOn support cannot answer inquiries related to TikTok. You may be able to find additional help by joining our Facebook group.

Asterisks & missing addresses
Sometimes, when a TikTok order is synced to Shopify, the address will be hidden with asterisks.
Example:
J**n H*****
32* ********* ****
Cl*******, FL, 33***
US
Here is how to fix this issue for future orders:
- Go to TikTok Shop > Shipping Settings
- Ensure your shipping settings say, "Seller Shipping" and not, "Ship with TikTok" / "TikTok Shipping"
For current orders effected by asterisks:
- Contact the customer through TikTok Shop to obtain the full address; then in the ShineOn app, go to Orders > select their order > in the shipping address section, click edit
Or
- Login to your TikTok Seller Center
- Go to Orders > Manage Orders
- Locate the order in question
- Click the order to view its details, including the full shipping address
- Edit the shipping address on the ShineOn app
Tip for TikTok merchants
When our products are added to a Shopify store, they're set to "Inventory Not Tracked" by default. This is because we take care of inventory on our end, and is not usually a factor for Shopify. However, TikTok may require you to have Inventory Tracking set to on for products you sell there.
Follow these steps to turn on tracking:
1. First, go to the product/s you're seeing the "out of stock" error for.
2. Then, scroll down and check the boxes next to your variants and select "Bulk edit".
3. Under "Track quantity", check the boxes for each variant, then scroll right to these tabs "ShineOn-Available" and "ShineOn-On Hand".
4. Change the value in those fields to "999" and save your change. This should remove the error from TikTok saying our products are out of stock.
