This theme extension allows you to show all Personalization features which ShineOn provides for products.
That theme extension is used for these features:
After it is added to the Default product template of your store in Customizer, you will see this screen
We recommend placing the ShineOn Input Fields block right below the Variant picker block.

I installed the ShineOn Input extension, but it won't allow any text to be entered. I requested help, and the only reply I got was a standard answer that doesn't work for the issue I am having. I need to speak with a person. My store theme is different, I do not have the assets required, and I have tried to follow the beta instructions, but there are specific differences that prevent me from following through. Is there anyone else having this issue with the ShineOn Input app?
I am having the same issue. I have the personalized plan but I can't seem to figure out how to add the extension and actuallly use it. It shows the engraving piece but not uploading the picture. And I have the Dawn theme.
Originally I had the Avatar theme. I thought maybe switching themes would help so I switched to the Rebel theme . Didn't help. I ended up downloading the Globo Product Option app. I got a live person and they took care of the issue for me within a matter of minutes. Plus, she even asked what my brand colors were and matched it to my page. I was stuck for a long time on this issue. This was a major inconvenience and I left ShineOn a review on this issue. Please let me what you decide to do and if you get it fixed. Good luck!!
