In Box Custom Offers / White Labeling

Show off your brand.

If you would like to show your brand or provide a discount code to your customers, it's possible to enable In Box Custom Offers. 

Enabling this option allows you to include artwork inside the package which is delivered to the customer. The artwork can be anything you like, from a “Thank You” message to a discount code, or even just some of your own branding to set yourself apart. 

In box custom offers works for both Shopify integration & Partner stores.

In Box Custom Offers cost $0.75 cents per order

 

Locating the option.

• Make sure you have the correct sales channel selected on the drop-down at the top.
• Click the settings cog at the top of the dashboard.
• Click store settings.

 

Setting up.

• Click the toggle button to enable in-box custom offers.
• Click Choose File to upload the image you would like to use.
  The image must be at least 1000 pixels by 1000 pixels.
• Click Upload Design.
