Bulk custom orders from Etsy and Shopify

I'm hoping to set up bulk wedding gifts—say, monogrammed items for groomsmen and bridesmaids. A few questions about this"

- If a seller orders a batch of personalized gifts on Etsy, where each one is different, is it possible for ShineOn to treat them, and send them, as a single order?

- If I'm using paid shipping on Shopify, can I bundle a batch of personalized orders so that the buyer isn't paying the full shipping price for each and every item in their order?

Please note I'm still learning about ShineOn, so I apologize if there are obvious answers to these questions.
