Shipping from Europe possible?

Hello, I see that ShineOn has a factory in Netherlands but the shipping time for Europe is much longer… All what i want to sell is shipped from US (jewellery i mean), what is problematic for such country like Germany. Why is that? looking forward to your answer. Will it be shipped from Netherlands even though it is written it is shipped from US?
