Queued for Publishing - Integration Issues?

Hello, I'm trying to list my first product from ShineOn in my Etsy shop. However, after 3 attempts I keep getting hit with this message:
“There was a problem publishing this product. Please Try Again.”
I had some difficulty setting up the integration with Etsy (it took 3 or 4 attempts before it went through) and ShineOn doesn't show in the “Integrations connected to your Etsy shop” section in my settings on Etsy. I'm not sure if it should appear there or not.

Hi, all my listings on etsy was deactivated. here's the message they gave me:
So far, we’ve found three integrations that weren’t in line with our policy for third-party integrations: CJDropshipping (or CShip), ShineOn, and AutoDS. It looks like your shop has used one or more of these, so we’re reaching out directly to let you know that we’ve removed them, in line with our Terms of Use for third-party integrations.
