Hello
I would like to ask why I can't upload a design for the product "Signature style name necklace" and also for the other custom name necklaces. So I can't upload a design on the message card. When I go to "create product" then I come directly to the page where I have to enter title and description, while with other necklaces that are not name necklaces I can upload designs normally, like message cards.

  Hey there.

  Some of the name necklace products do not come with a message card.

  Only products that are customised by the seller (you) can have artwork added when creating the product. In the case of name necklace products without a message card, the name is added by the customer and therefore there is no customization by the seller.
