Gift Wrap with message card

How to show it to buyers by using:

• ShineOn Upsells(TAE)
• ShineOn Product Pages Overview

For a select number of products, gift wrap is now available as an upsell for customers based in the USA. 

Buyers and sellers can expect the products to be gift wrapped by hand by our loving fulfillment team. Gift wrapping includes premium silver gift wrap, a red elastic bow, and a personalized gift message that the buyer can type directly into the product page when the upsell is selected. 

To offer the gift wrapping feature, you can enable it as an upsell. To learn more about that, check out this guide.

Once enabled, the following applies: 

• The gift message can be 98 characters max
• The upsell will be attached to jewelry items only, and cannot be added to watches.
• The product with the upsell enable requires the ShineOn product page or Theme App Extensions to power the feature.
• The upsell is for customers in the USA only and will not display to customers outside the USA.
• If a buyer intends to purchase more than 1 product with gift wrapping, and have different text for the personalized cards, each product should be added to their cart separately. 
• Buyers cannot add emojis to the personalized message, only alpha or numeric characters right now.
