The resolution of your artwork should be 2539 x 709, with 300 dpi and the size, under 100mb. You can use this Free Online Converter to compress your artwork, should the file size be too big.

Tip: We don’t recommend text-based designs with elements thinner than 6 pixels wide, as they might not print as clearly as you’d like.

Physical Features

This mug has a 12oz capacity, and is made with stainless steel and enamel coating. The rim is also made from stainless steel, and rounded. Artwork is added through sublimation

Care Instructions

Use gentle dish soap and a non-abrasive sponge or cloth to clean them.

• Avoid harsh chemicals: To protect the glaze and design of your mug, avoid using harsh chemicals such as bleach or ammonia when cleaning.
• Rinse thoroughly: Rinse your ceramic mugs thoroughly with warm water to remove any remaining soap or residue.
