The base color of the towel is white. Transparency should not be used for this product, please make sure the design covers the entire template. Any colors can be used - if you would like the towel to remain white, please use a white background in your design.
The resolution for your artwork should be 4725x9225, and the size, under 100mb. You can use this Free Online Converter, should your file size be too big.

I know all of the blankets can't be done on Canva. So I just tried to do a beach towel and got a error that reads " Cannot destructive property'data' of (Intermediat Value) as it is undefined. What does this mean?
