Closing your account

Accounts can be deleted if you have no previous order history, and no current pending orders. 

If you have order history, or have pending orders, please cancel anything pending, and delete all personal information from Settings > Account settings.




Once you no longer have personal information from your ShineOn account, uninstalling the app from Shopify will disable the link between the account and your Shopify. 

To uninstall the app from Shopify: 

• Go to your Shopify, and select the arrow next to Apps
  

• You'll see a menu show at the top. From there, select, "App and sales channel settings" 
  
  

• From these settings, look for the ShineOn app > three dots > uninstall
