Copy products to different sales channels.

Copying over products.

Your ShineOn account allows you to manage products over several different sales channels, including the Shopify app, and direct Etsy integration.

All of these sales channels are managed separately, with their own products and orders. If you would like a product to appear on more than one of your sales channels, it is possible to copy it over.

Locate the product.

First of all, we need to locate the product we want to copy over.

In this guide we will be copying a product from a Platform store to an Etsy store. But it is possible to copy products to and from any sales channel you have set up. 

At the top of the ShineOn account dashboard you will see the persistent drop down. 

• Click the drop down.
• Select the sales channel which contains the product.

• Click My products, then All products
• Click the product title to go to the product editor.

 

Copy the product.

• Click actions.
• Click Duplicate/copy product. 

A window will appear showing all your connected sales channels.

• Click Copy To on the sales channel you would like to apply the product to.

After a moment you will see a confirmation message.

 

Check it worked.

Once you see the confirmation message, switch your sales channel using the drop down at the top, and you should see it under your products. 

And you're done!
