Luxury Box Product Setup

Add a touch of class.

On certain products, we offer the choice of our regular gift box or our Mahogany style wooden box, complete with LED light. 

New product or existing?

• Create a new product
• update an existing product.

 

New product 

Great news. All of our message card products support the Luxury box! You'll also find that our Watches have separate Luxury box products available, as well. Engraved and graphical products are not supported.

• From the app dashboard, click Create New.
• Make your selection and create your product as normal.
• Once you have done this, you will notice that the luxury box will be pre-configured as a variant. You can then set your pricing.

 

Add a variant (Existing Product)

If for some reason the Luxury box has been deleted, It is possible to add the box back by adding it as a box variant. 

• From the app Dashboard head to your products. 
• Locate the product you wish to add the box to.
• On the product edit page, Scroll down and locate the Add/Remove Variants button.

• Click Add Box Choice Variants and wait a moment.

• You can now set the prices for the luxury box.
