How to order a sample product.

Membership has its benefits.

There are a variety of different ways to order samples to test our goods. If you are selling via Etsy or our partners program, can either order a ShineOn Sample Kit, or Create a manual order and use your own address for a wider selection of products. 

If you're setting up a Shopify store with our products, It is possible to order individual sample products at the base product cost. 

Note that the products we offer change all the time. If you would like to know what products we offer samples for, you can follow this process. 

Samples are useful for multiple reasons. They allow you to test the quality of your design in real life, feel out the quality of the materials, and even see what the shipping process is like.

We recommend ordering a sample for all new designs you create, so you can see what your customer will receive.

To order a sample via Shopify:

• From the ShineOn Dashboard, click Products > All Products

• Find the product you would like to order a sample of, and click it to enter the product editor. 

• Scroll down a little, and you will find Order Samples Now on the right.

• Fill out the shipping information,

• Select the variants you would like to order.

• Click "Order samples"

And you're done!

Payment for the samples will be taken from the payment information used for your regular orders.
