Why has my account been locked?

For the safety and security of our customers and sellers, we review accounts to ensure they are in compliance with our terms of service and internal security policy.

We may suspend access to an account while we review it in more detail, or permanently lock it. To ensure the integrity of our platform, we are unable to disclose the reason why a particular account has been locked.
