If you are a seller based in Florida, you need to take a few extra steps to make sure you're doing everything correctly. 

Florida-based sellers need to register for a sales tax permit with the Florida Department of Revenue.

After you have have your registration, you can print a resale certificate from your account with the Florida Department of Revenue, and keep it for your records.
